Treasured Memories of Debbie

There are so many people who’s lives touched Debbie Perry’s. This is you opportunity to share with her family a video message of a treasured memory.

Please follow the guidelines below.

• If using a cell phone to record your message, please hold the cell phone horizontally.
• State your name and how you know Debbie.
• Share a brief story of a treasured memory of Debbie.
• Keep you video to no more than 3-5 minutes in length.
• Record your message in a quite place so the audio will be clear.
